食物血糖生成指数和食物血糖负荷与心血管病风险的关系

摘要 近年来,心血管病已经成为人类的“头号杀手”,每26S就会发生1例心血管病事件,每分钟就有1例心血管病死亡。我国每年心血管病死亡人数达300万,占总死亡人数的三分之一。在研究治疗药物的同时,如何预防心血管疾病、降低心血管病发病率成为一个亟待解决的问题。改变饮食因素预防心血管病有很多潜在优势,可以避免服用药物带来的副作用。
