摘要 阴沟肠杆菌是临床常见的一种条件致病菌,在机体体抗力下降时可引起各种医院感染,其多重耐药甚至泛耐药给临床抗感染治疗带来极大困难。此文就阴沟肠杆菌的主要耐药机制作一综述,包括产生氨基糖苷修饰酶及灭活抗生素的各种酶、生物被膜的形成及可移动基因元件等参与的耐药,为临床合理用药及新药开发提供依据。 Enterobacter cloacae is a common clinical conditioned pathogen, which could cause a variety of hospi- tal infections when body immunity decreases. It is very di^cult to achieve a successful clinical anti-infective therapy a- gaiust multiple drug resistant and even pan-drug resistant Enterobacter cloacae infection. 1his review is mainly about drug resistance mechanisms of Enterobacter cloacae, including the production of aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes(AMEs ) and various of enzymes to inactivate antibiotics, the formation of biofilm and the mobile gene elements, so as to provide evi- dences for rational drug use and new drug discovery.
