摘要 病例男，14岁，因右下腹部肿块4年伴右下肢肿胀1年，于2012年8月13日入院。患者4年前在当地医院因“阑尾炎”行阑尾切除术，术后患者家属发现其手术部位有一包块（大小、性质不详），患者无发热、寒战，无恶心、呕吐，无腹痛、腹泻等不适应状，未行特殊治疗。近1年来家属发现患者右下肢逐渐肿胀，
