右旋美托咪啶复合骶管麻醉在小儿脐以下手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨右旋美托咪啶复合骶管阻滞麻醉在小儿脐以下手术中的应用。方法:60例脐以下手术小儿,随机分为A组(右旋美托咪啶复合骶管阻滞)和B组(丙泊酚-氯胺酮复合骶管阻滞),比较两组注射麻醉药时、手术开始时及手术结束时患儿平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、心率(HR),观察患儿呼吸道分泌物、出现痉挛和躁动等不良反应及术后苏醒时间。结果:A组与B组比较,用药后MAP、HR明显下降(P<0.05),术中SpO2升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),呼吸道和口腔分泌物及发生喉痉挛例数显著减少(P<0.05),术后躁动发生例数明显减少(P<0.05),两组患者苏醒时间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:右旋美托咪啶复合骶管阻滞麻醉应用于小儿脐以下手术是一种安全、可靠及理想的。
