子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中MCP-1的表达

摘要 目的:测定子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)患者腹腔液中单核细胞趋化蛋白(monocyte chemoat-tractant protein-1,MCP-1)的表达水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)检测51例子宫内膜异位症患者(EM组)与47例其他原因不孕症患者(对照组)腹腔液中MCP-1的表达水平。结果:EM组腹腔液中MCP-1(254±45)ng/L和对照组MCP-1(163±15)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EM组中早期患者腹腔液中MCP-1表达水平(276±49)ng/L,高于晚期患者(235±38)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中MCP-1表达水平异常。
