胎儿先天性膈疝的产前系统超声诊断进展

Progress of the prenatal system ultrasound diagnosis of fetal congenital diaphragmatic hernia

先天性膈疝是膈肌发育障碍导致腹腔内容物疝入胸腔内,致使肺发育障碍,胎儿宫内或产后死亡。产前系统超声通过对胎儿形态结构的详细检查,可对先天性膈疝及其合并的畸形进行诊断,并评估预后,有利于优生优育及孕妇对胎儿的充分选择。本文就胎儿先天性膈疝的产前系统超声诊断进展做一综述。

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia is a diaphragmatic developmental disorder disease. That the abdominal contents herniated into the chest cavity lead to the development of lung obstacles, and prenatal or postnatal death. Prenatal system fetal ultrasound can diagnose congenital diaphragmatic hernia in addition to other combined malformation, which help to assess the fetal prognosis. This paper reviews the progress of prenatal congenital diaphragmatic hernia diagnosis.
