股前外侧游离皮瓣移植修复小腿及足踝部软组织缺损

Repair of the lower leg and ankle′s soft tissue defect with free anterolateral thigh skin flap

目的探讨应用股前外侧游离皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法采用游离股前外侧皮瓣修复12例小腿及足踝部深部软组织缺损患者,创面缺损面积11 cm×6 cm～20 cm×13 cm。结果 12例皮瓣全部成活,未发生血管危象,无皮瓣边缘坏死。12例均获随访,时间9～12个月。皮瓣质地、色泽及感觉功能恢复满意。结论应用股前外侧游离皮瓣移植修复小腿及足踝部软组织缺损疗效满意。

Objective To study the effect of free anterolateral thigh flap in the reconstruction of the lower leg and ankle′s skin and soft tissue defect.Methods 12 patients of skin and soft tissue defects were repaired with anterolateral thigh flaps.The defect sizes were 11 cm×6 cm^20 cm×13 cm.The wound was done debridement before and during operation.The anterolateral thigh flap was cut with vascular anastomosis to repair wound.Results 12 cases were followed up for 9~12 months.The flaps all survived after operation.The thumb had fine appearance and function.No vascular crisis or flap necrosis were found.Conclusions It is effective to repair of the lower leg and ankle′s soft tissue defect with free anterolateral thigh skin flap.
