双入路微创治疗Schatzker Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折

Schatzker type-Ⅳ tibial plateau fractures treated with minimally invasive dual approaches

目的探讨双入路微创治疗SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法采用双入路内侧切开复位经皮钢板、外侧经皮LISS钢板内固定系统治疗20例闭合SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折患者。结果 20例患者均得到随访,时间为12～26个月,骨折均愈合。术后发生浅表皮肤感染3例,部分皮肤坏死1例,螺钉退出1例。末次随访时膝关节MerChant评分64～99分:优13例,良3例,中3例,差1例。结论双入路微创治疗闭合SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折具有固定稳定、软组织并发症少等优点,疗效较好。

Objective To discuss the clinical outcomes of closed Schatzker type-Ⅳ tibial plateau fracture treated with minimally invasive fixation.Methods 20 patients were treated with dual approaches by open reduction and percutaneous plate fixation in the tibial side and percutaneous LISS plate fixation in the fibular side.Results 20 patients were followed up for 12～26 months.Bone union was achieved in all cases.There were 3 cases of superficial skin infections,1 case of partial skin necrosis and 1 case with screw cut-out.According to MerChant criteria,the mean MerChant score was 64～99 points,13 cases were excellent,3 good,3 fair and 1 poor.Conclusions The treatment of closed Schatzker type-Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures with a minimally invasive dual approaches achieved satisfactory outcomes.
