股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with locking compression plate

目的探讨股骨近端锁定加压钢板(PF-LCP)治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位PF-LCP内固定治疗27例股骨转子间骨折患者。结果 27例均获随访,时间6～24个月。无并发症及髋内翻畸形。疗效按Sander评分标准评定:优15例,良10例,差2例。结论 PF-LCP治疗股骨转子间骨折操作简单,固定牢固,临床疗效好,是治疗股骨转子间骨折的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femur locking compression plate（PF-LCP） in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture fractures.Methods 27 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of the PF-LCP.Results 27 patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months.No complication and hip varus deformity were found.Efficacy was assessed by Sander scoring criteria： excellent in 15 cases,good in 10 and poor in 2.Conclusions PF-LCP treatment of intertrochanteric fracture surgery has advantages of easy manipulation,firmly fixation,good clinical efficacy,which is suitable for intertrochanteric fracture of different age groups.
