摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法对27例桡骨远端C型骨折患者采用切开复位锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,必要时植骨。结果 27例均获得随访,时间5～17个月。骨折均骨性愈合。按照改良McBride腕关节功能评价标准评定疗效:优19例,良6例,可2例。结论锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折具有比普通钢板更好的力学稳定性,尤其对不稳定及骨质疏松患者,允许术后早期功能锻炼,临床疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the locking compression plate in the treatment of distal radius type C fracture of the surgical method and clinical efficacy.Methods Open reduction and locking compression plate fixation were performed on 27 cases of distal radial type C fracture,Using the bone graft when necessary.Results 27 cases were followed up from 5 to 17 months after surgery,all got the bone healing.In accordance with the modified McBride wrist function evaluation criteria,the results were excellent in 19 cases,good in 6,and fair in 2.Conclusions Locking compression plate in treatment of type C fracture of distal radius provides better mechanical stability than ordinary steel plate,especially on unstable osteoporotic patients,which allows early postoperative functional exercise and have satisfaction of clinical curative effect.
