膝关节外侧切口治疗股骨外髁Hoffa骨折 被引量：5

Lateral incision for treatment of lateral Hoffa fractures

摘要 2006年8月～2011年1月,我科采用膝关节外侧入路切开复位螺钉内固定治疗8例股骨外髁Hoffa骨折患者,疗效满意,报道如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例资料本组8例,男5例,女例,年龄32～52岁。按照Letenneur分型：Ⅰ型3例,Ⅲ型5例。均为闭合新鲜骨折。
