摘要 2008年5月～2011年11月,我科采用肱骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗13例老年肱骨近端二、三部分骨折患者,取得了较满意疗效,报道如下。 1材料与方法 1.1病例资料本组13例,男6例,女7例,年龄60～82岁。均为闭合骨折。按Neer分型：二部分骨折7例,三部分骨折6例。受伤至手术时问为3—7d．
