牙周成形术-桩冠联合修复前牙错位的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨利用牙周成形术和带角度桩冠联合治疗前牙严重错位的美容修复及临床应用效果。方法对上前牙严重唇腭向错位,前牙列不齐的病例行前牙美容修复。在修复前应用牙槽骨成形术及龈成形术等美容牙周手术,重建牙和牙周组织的正常关系。术后2个月行带角度桩冠修复,改变前牙牙冠方向,排齐前牙。修复后1周、2个月、6个月时进行检查,从牙龈、牙周组织健康,使用情况,患者满意度等方面进行评价。结果采用牙周成形-桩冠联合修复后,患者前牙龈缘线的协调性得以调整,前牙牙列不齐得到很大改善,修复体有良好的美学效果。但修复体初期行使功能时患者感觉不适,半年后不适感逐渐减弱并消失。结论对前牙严重错位,牙列不齐的病例常需要行牙周成形术-桩冠联合修复,可兼顾修复体牙周组织健康及美观,获得良好的美容修复效果。但同时应避免核桩过度倾斜,导致牙根内应力集中而产生不适。
