Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome:Case Report

摘要 患者女性．22岁。2011-12—12因右侧上颌肿胀半月入院。患者半月前发现右侧面部逐渐肿胀，无明显疼痛．牙槽黏膜表面可见一白色脓点。在当地医院就诊予以局部穿刺．脓点消失。CT检查怀疑左侧上颌实囊肿.遂来我院进一步检查治疗。患者曾在外院接受左侧上颌窦囊肿摘除术（1997）、右侧上颌骨囊肿摘除术（2002）和左侧上颌窦根治术（2007）。
