摘要 目的评估第二代双源CT肺部Flash模式在婴幼儿肺部CT检查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析第二代双源CT肺部Flash模式和传统模式检查的1~33个月婴幼儿各30例,其中5例同一患者分别行两种模式扫描。记录有效mAs、CTDIvol、DLP和扫描时间,使用独立样本t检验比较两组辐射剂量和扫描时间的差异。两名放射医师独立对图像质量进行4分制评分。结果传统组和Flash组的有效mAs分别为(62.87±10.88)和(35.71±8.09)mAs,CTDIvol分别为(3.36±0.58)和(2.02±0.44)mGv,DLP分别为(70.90±16.59)和(46.68±11.01)mGv,ED分别为(1.41±0.27)和(0.9±0.17)mSv;扫描时间分别为(2.44±0.34)和(0.57±0.06)s,两组辐射剂量和扫描时间均存在统计学差异。传统组和Flash组平均图像质量评分分别为(2.95±0.50)和(3.73±0.23),存在统计学差异。结论第二代双源CT肺部Flash模式比传统模式在婴幼儿肺部扫描中具有明显的优越性,在提供更高质量的图像的同时明显降低婴幼儿的辐射剂量。 Objective To evaluate the application value of Flash thorax mode of second-generation dual source computed tomography in chest examination of children. Methods This was a retrospective analysis. Thirty children (1~33 month) underwent chest scan with Flash thorax mode of second-generation dual source computed tomography and other thirty chil- dren (1~33 month) with traditional mode. Five of them underwent the two modes at different times. All cases were di- vided randomly. The effective mAs, CTDIvol, DLP and scan time were recorded in every cases. The differences of radia- tion dose and scan time between two scan modes were analyzed using independent samples t test. Image quality was as- sessed by two pediatric radiologist on a 4 point scale. Results The average effective mAs of traditional group and Flash group was (62.87±10.88) and (35.71±8.09) mAs; the average CTDIvol was (3.36±0.58) and (2.02±0.44) mGv; the average DLP was (70.90-/-16.59) and (46.68±11.01) mGv; the average ED was (1.41±0.27) and (0.9±0. 17) mSv; the average scan time was (2.44±0.34) and (0.57±0.06) s. These dose indicators of two scan modes and scan time were of statistically significant differences. The mean image quality score for the traditional group and Flash group was (2. 95±0.50) and (3.73±0.23), there were of statistically significant differences in two scan modes. Conclusion Flash thorax mode of second-generation dual source computed tomography of obvious superiority in the chest scan of chil- dren can supply image of good quality and reduce the radiation dose.
