快速城镇化背景下的绿地系统规划编研思路探索

Green Space System Planning Framework in Rapid Urbanization

近年来快速城镇化推动我国绿地系统规划编研全方位发展,但整体上处于"自说自话、举步维艰"的困境。提出绿规编研必须响应城镇化的时代要求,从园林建设本位视角转向城市规划的协同视角。指出城市规划协同视角下的绿地系统规划编研具有拓展空间层次、强化空间落位、融贯多元学科发展指向。提出"全域而谋、超脱而动、切实而行"的"能动"的绿规编研技术路线图,及相关规划编研实践。

In recent years, rapid urbanization promotes China's green system planning framework to an all-round development. However, it’s stil in a dilemma of “tel ing their own stories and difficult to make progress”in general. The article suggests that green system planning framework should response to the needs of urbanization, and switch from the single perspective of landscape architecture to a co-operative perspective of urban planning. It also points out that green space system planning framework can expand the layers of space, strengthen the orientation of space, and integrate multi-discipline development. At the end the article proposes a technology roadmap of “comprehensive scheme, unconventional acts and practical operation” for green system planning framework, and provides some relevant practices for reference.
