摘要
缝合复合材料具有优良的抗分层性能,其应用前景广阔。影响缝合复合材料刚度的几何因素众多,但各因素的影响程度与影响规律尚不明确。建立了缝合复合材料面内刚度分析模型,考虑了纤维面内弯曲、富脂区等影响因素,分析了纤维最大弯曲幅度和最大偏角、纤维弯曲区范围等几何特征对面内刚度的影响规律,得到一些有益结论,为进一步完善刚度模型提供了依据。
Stitched composites have wide application prospects for its resistance performance to delamination. There are so many geometrical {actors, each effect of which on the in-plane stiffness of stitched composites is not clear. A stiffness model of stitched composite is proposed, in which the in-plane fiber waviness and resin pockets are considered. The influences of the amplitude of fiber waviness, fiber inclination and the range of fiber waviness region on the in-plane valuable conclusions are drawn, which may be treated stiffness of the stitched composites are analyzed. Some as the basis for improving the stiffness models.
