痰湿质的生活方式、家族遗传调查分析

Survey on Effect of the Mode of Life and Relationship of Familial Inheritance to the Phlegm-dampness Constitution People

目的:探讨生活方式对痰湿质的影响,以及痰湿质的遗传相关。方法:采用中医体质调查表,以及生活方式调查表,对高血压、脂肪肝、糖调节受损者共309人,进行调查,分析生活方式对痰湿质的影响。对高血压、糖调节受损者进行家族体质调查,分析遗传因素与痰湿质的关系。结果:痰湿质比平和质的不合理膳食患者比例增加(P<0.05);高血压患者心情压力和情绪紧张较脂肪肝、糖调节受损人数比例增加(P<0.05)。糖调节受损者痰湿质患者所占人数比例少于平和质(P<0.05)。结论:生活方式影响痰湿质的演变。痰湿质可能具有遗传倾向。

Object： to investigate the effect that the mode of life to the phlegm-dampness constitution and to investigate the relationship between familial inheritance with phlegm-dampness constitution. Method：309 persons were investigated by TCM health questionnaire and life mode questionnaire, and at the same time, family member of some high blood pressureor and/or impaired glucose regulation peo- ple were investigated by TCM health questionnaire. Result： unreasonable diet is more often in people of phlegm-dampness constitution than that in normal constitution （P〈0.05）. unhealthy emotions is more often in high blood pressure people than that in impaired glucose regulation people（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： mode of lifestyle can affect the change of the phlegm-dampness constitution, and genetic factor may change the trait of the phlegm-dampness constitution.
