针刀治疗足跟下滑囊炎85例临床观察

Effect of Mini-needle Scalpel in Treating 85 Cases of Heel Pain

目的:观察小针刀治疗足跟下滑囊炎导致的跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:选择跟痛症患者85例,在足跟部运用小针刀在痛点进行治疗。结果:近期疗效治愈81例,好转10例,无效0例。远期疗效治愈76例,好转11例,无效4例。结论:小针刀疗法是治疗跟下滑囊炎所致跟痛的有效方法。

Objective： to observe the treatment of acupotomy heel bursitis in calcaneodynia clinical curative effect. Methods： choose 85 patients who got calcaneodynia, in the foot heel use acupotomy in pain spot treatment. Results： recent curative effect to cure in 81 cases, accounting for 89.01%; Better 10 cases, accounting for 10.99%; Invalid 0 case forward curative effect to cure in 76 cases, accounting for 83.52%; 11 cases improved, accounted for 12.09%; Invalid 4 cases, 4.40%. Conclusion： acupotomy therapy is the effective method to treatment with heel bursitis.
