摘要
目的:考察超微粉碎技术对川芎茶调方制剂质量的影响。方法:采用干粉激光粒度法测定粒径;采用浆法测定川芎茶调方超微散与其普通散中阿魏酸的溶出度;比较了薄层色谱及显微特征。结果:川芎茶调散经超微粉碎后,粒径变小,细胞尺寸改变,薄层色谱无明显差别,阿魏酸溶出速度高于与普通散,溶出量相当。结论:超微粉碎不会造成川芎茶调散中阿魏酸的损失且能提高其溶出速率。
Objective: To investigate the affect of ultra-micro powder technology on Chuanxiong chadiao prescription. Method: Particle diameters of ultra-micro and normal powder of Chuanxiong chadiao prescription were measured using Dry-powder-lasers. Dissolu- tion-behaviors of Ferulic-acid in them were also studied using Oar. Lastly, their thin-layer ehromatographers (TLC) and micro-charac- teristics were compared. Results: Comparing with normal powder, particle-size and cell-size of the ultra-micro powder were smaller, its TLC wash' t changed, the dissolution rate of Ferulic-acid was increased and the dissolution amount was almost equal. Conclusion: Ul- tra-micro powder technology can raise the dissolution rate of Ferulic-acid in Chuanxiong chadiao prescription, and Ferulic-aeid wasn' t lost.
