摘要
本文使用异烟酸-1,3二甲基巴比妥酸显色体系在连续流动分析仪上检测不同产地不同原料的酒精中氰化物;显色反应为:在微酸性条件下,酒精中的氰离子与氯胺T作用生成氯化氰,氯化氰与异烟酸反应,经水解生成戊烯二醛类化合物,再与1,3-二甲基巴比妥酸反应生成蓝色化合物;检测波长:600nm;线性方程Y=4.35E-5X-0.013,相关系数:0.999 8,线性范围0-2.5 mg/L;检测限:0.029mg/L;定量限:0.097mg/L,方法准确、快速、重复性好;样品测试结果:样品所含氰化物(按HCN计)<2.4mg/L。
