化瘀解毒灌肠剂对大鼠慢性盆腔炎的影响

Effects of Removing Stasis and Detoxification Enemas on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in Rats

目的:观察化瘀解毒灌肠剂对苯酚胶浆所致大鼠慢性盆腔炎的治疗作用。方法:采用"苯酚胶浆法"制备大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型,造模10天后,灌肠给药30天,观察化瘀解毒灌肠剂对模型大鼠相关各项指标的影响。结果:化瘀解毒灌肠剂明显改善慢性盆腔炎解剖形态学变化,显著抑制子宫的肿胀率、增加血清中IL-2水平。结论:化瘀解毒灌肠剂对苯酚胶浆所致的大鼠慢性盆腔炎具有明显治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Removing stasis and detoxification Enemas on chronic pelvic inflammation induced by phenol glue in rats.Methods： Chronic pelvic inflammation of rats was caused by in jecting phenol glue. After 10 days of mod- el induction, to observe the influence of Removing stasis and detoxification Enemas on the rats after 30 days of therapeutic by enema Re- moving stasis and detoxification Enemas. Result： Removing stasis and detoxification Enemas could significantly inhibit the morphologi- cal anatomy of model uten^s of CPID and the inflammatory rection, Removing stasis and detoxification Enemas could significantly in- crease the serum IL-2 level. Conclusion： Removing stasis and detoxification Enemas has the rapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflamma- tion induced by phenol glue in rats.
