摘要
职业素质是影响组织效能的重要方面,加强对高等教育职员的素质和工作行为研究,对我国高校改革具有重要的现实意义。目前高等教育的职员管理存在标准模糊、技术手段落后和缺乏系统性等问题,致使职员的专业化发展目标基本落空。基于胜任力开发的管理,着重于"行为绩效"的考核,可以实现职员素质研究、评价研究和队伍建设的三个更新,因此是适合高校职员工作特征的管理方式。职员胜任力研究的发展趋势主要包括:加强模型开发手段的研究,建立通用模型的目标,开展与绩效关联的探索,构建职员管理体系等。
Professional quality is an important factor to advance organizational efficiency, so to improve staff' s professional qualities and working methods has important practical meanings for higher education innovations. Nowadays, there lies some problems in staff management, such as the poor performance contents, equivocal standards and less- developed measuring skills and methods, which caused the invalidity of staff' s specialization. The updating ways of staff' s quality study, evaluation studies and team construction, which are based on the development administration of competence and especially focused on the evaluation of staff' s performance, are the proper ways for staff management in higher educational institutions. The study trend of staff' s competence is mainly reflected in the study of strengthening the way of model development, the establishment of the goal of common model, and the exploration of performance and the system construction of staff management and so on.
