摘要
为利用LF热态铸余钢渣中的热量及剩余未被充分利用的石灰的脱硫潜力和回收利用价值,介绍在钢水脱硫热力学和动力学条件基础上进行的工业试验,探讨LF铸余钢渣热态回收用于钢水脱硫的利用途径。对船板钢和低合金钢,利用铸余渣的脱硫速度为每分钟w(S)=(2~7)×10-6,可以回收钢水和节约供电时间2~3min。利用LF铸余钢渣脱硫应避免量大恶化脱硫动力学条件,同时等待时间不宜超过10min。
The heat quantity and lime content are not used sufficiently in LF hot casting residue, and they have big desulphurization potential and recovery utility value. On the basis of desulphurization thermodynamics and kinetics condition, the industrial experiment is carried out, and the path of desul- phurization is discussed. For the shipbuilding steel and low alloy steel, the desulphurization speed is w(S)=(2~7)×10^-6, which can save 2-3 rains for the power supply time. The desulphurization should avoid the kinetics condition of large amount and deterioration desulphurization, and the waiting time should be less than 10 rains.
