摘要
分析了目前人事档案管理的现状,认为存在人事档案管理工作不规范、交接程序不完善、管理手段落后、硬件设施有限、信息化程度不高等问题。提出了通过提高管理人员素质、提高管理水平、将档案集中管理、加强基础建设、注重现代化建设等提升人事档案管理工作的对策措施。
Upon analysis of the current personnel file management, this paper points out the problems in the work: lack of standards, imperfection of transition process, poor management measures, paucity of fa- cilities and shortage of informatization. Therefore the paper suggests the measures to improve the person- nel quality with management quality, carry out centralized management, strengthen infrastructure con- struetion and develop modern strategies.
