摘要
介绍了青口镇大盘村开展土地经营体制机制创新试点情况,主要表现出"一创新、两提高、三促进"的特点。结合新农村专业合作的新载体分析,认为在发展壮大中也出现了新难题。在此基础上提出了提高升级的新思考。
Upon analysis of the carrier of new agricultural cooperatives, the paper introduces the impressive innovation in rural management system in Dapan Village of Qingkou Town, talks about the problems in the development of cooperatives and suggests new approaches to enhancement.
