摘要
编辑职业是一种特殊的助人行业,倦怠已成为该行业中较为普遍存在的一种现象。产生职业倦怠的原因是多方面的,有工作特点与压力、人际沟通障碍、主体缺少角色认同以及自身的认知等因素。要克服工作中的倦怠,就要建立良好的社会支持系统,营造和谐的人际氛围,创立完善的激励机制,改善落后的评价体系,并且编辑自己也要改变角色认知,调节心理状态,规划职业生涯等。
Editing is an altruistic occupation, but occupational weariness has become widespread in the industry, as a result of job pressure, lack of personal communication, shortage of role identity and absence of self-cognition. To get over the occupational weariness, it is necessary to establish a social support system, create a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere, develop the incentive mechanism and improve the evaluation system. In addition, editors must improve their role identity, make psychological adjustments and do a career planning.
