基于生态位视角的中小企业融资研究

Study on the SMEs' Financing: A Perspective of the Ecological Niche Theory

中小企业在社会经济发展中扮演了重要的角色,但是,长期以来,融资难问题始终是困扰中小企业科技创新和做大做强的瓶颈。从生态位角度分析,我国中小企业生态位因子组合不能为其提供较好的融资生态环境,同时,生态位宽度决定了中小企业不能自由选择融资方式,生态位重叠导致中小企业对资金的激烈竞争,这些因素加大了中小企业融资难度。可以借鉴企业生态位原理提高中小企业的融资效率,解决中小企业融资难题。

Small and medium enterprises （SMEs） play an important role in the economic and social develop- ment. However, for a long time, SMEs＇ financing has become the bottleneck which restricts the SHE fur- ther development. From the ecological niche perspective, the combination of enterprise niche factor can＇t offer benign financing ecological environment for SMEs. Meanwhile, SMEs can not freely determine a fi- nancing way because of the niche breadth and the niche overlap leads to the fierce competition in the capital among SMEs. These factors increase the difficulty of SMEs＇ financing. This paper is aimed to suggest ap- plying the niche theory to improve SMEs＇ financing and to solve the problems of SMEs＇ financing.
