连云港市移动通信基站建设与城市规划协调发展初探

The Coordinated Development between Mobile Communication Base Station Construction and Urban Planning——A Case Study of Lianyungang

移动通信基站已成为现代城市不可或缺的基础设施,对城市功能有重要的促进作用,但目前移动通信基站的设置尚缺乏必要的规范和规划。为此,提出了整体规划、集约化、景观化的基站建设和管理措施与建议,在解决移动通信系统网络规模性发展的同时,实现与城市规划的和谐建设相统一。

Mobile communication base station has become an indispensable part of a modern city, which promotes the development of city functions. However, its installation project is still in lack of a standard planning. This paper presents suggestions for the overall planning concerning intensified landscape of base station construction and management measures, explores the solution to scale development of mobile com- munication system and aims to achieve its coordinated development with urban planning.
