教育是培养创新人才的基本途径,是创新人才成长的奠基工程,而高校的校园文化建设是培养大学生创新能力的重要载体。高校应创新校园文化建设,努力营造氛围、构建机制、建强队伍、开展活动,促进创新型人才的培养。

Education is the basic way of cultivating innovative talents and the foundation project for their growth. The construction of college campus culture is the main earner of cultivating students innovation abilities. It is es- sential to update the construction of campus culture; create a benign atmosphere, construct an effective mecha- nism, build a strong team and carry out activities so as to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
