摘要
高职会计专业实践教学环节是实现其应用型人才培养的首要保证,教学体系改革必须与会计岗位工作要求相适应,要通过职业能力分析,确定目标体系,以必备的职业能力为依据,将核心技能项目化,构建以学生为主体的、适应学生个性化发展的、合理地开放式的实践教学体系。
Accounting practical teaching system in vocational education is the primary guarantee for cultiva- ting applied talents. Teaching system reform should be adapted to the requirements of the accounting jobs. It is necessary to set up a sound student-oriented system working for students' professional capability, in- dividual development and open practice.
