摘要
批评权是教育法和教师法赋予教师正当的教育教学权力。然而,近年来教育实践中出现不少教师用表扬代替批评、用赏识教育代替批评教育、用放弃代替责任的现象,这反映出教师批评权正在趋于弱化。导致这一现象的原因主要包括:社会舆论压力的增大、教师无原则的妥协、不同教育理念的博弈等。要扭转教师批评权趋于弱化的状况,应从多方面作出努力:一是提升教师的社会地位;二是增强教师的法律意识和专业权力意识;三是教师应当正确合理地使用批评权。
The right of criticism is the proper education and teaching authority endowed by the Education Law and Teaching Law. However, the phenomenon that many teachers who use the praises, appreciated education and abandonment instead of criticism, critical education and responsibility has occurred in the practice of education in recent years. This reflects the weakening of teachers' right of criticism and the reasons leading to this phenomenon include : the increasing pressure of public opinion, teach- ers' unprincipled compromise, the agreement after consultations of different educational philosophy and so on. To reverse the weakening of teachers' criticism, we need to make efforts in many aspects: firstly, enhancing the social status of teachers ; sec- ondly, improving the teachers' awareness of legal and professional authority and the third, teachers should use criticism correctly and reasonablely.
