论高校辅导员职业角色的本位回归 被引量:5

摘要 目前,高校辅导员队伍专业化建设存在很多问题:辅导员对学生事务的理论研究程度和科学指导程度还不够,辅导员工作的管理职能被强化,而教育职能被弱化,本位职能发生错位、缺位和异化。究其原因,症结就在于对辅导员职业本位定位的不确定性以及由此产生的辅导员队伍专业化发展内涵方向的不明晰和发展途径方法的不客观。基于学生发展理论的视角来看辅导员的本职身份,辅导员是从高校教师或管理干部中析分出来的一种具有特定职业身份和专业化知识、技能,从事不同于日常教学或行政管理的工作,主要为学生的全面发展和健康成长提供多方面教育、指导和服务的教育职员,从某种意义上来讲,辅导员是从事以学生发展为教育目标的教育教学工作者。因此,在加强和推进辅导员队伍专业化建设过程中,要立足学生发展理论,转变学生观和学生事务观,加强辅导员队伍专家化建设;科学界定辅导员的工作领域,推进辅导员队伍的专门化建设;明确辅导员的职业身份,推动辅导员队伍的职业化建设;促使辅导员回归本位职业角色。 There are many problems on the college instructors'specialization construction at present: The degree that the instruc- tors do research and guide the students is not enough. The management function was strengthened and the education function was weakened. The based function was mistook, absented and dissimilated. Searching for the reasons, the sticking point is the uncer- tainties of instructors'occupational role and the noncommittal development connotation, direction and approach. From the view of student development theories, college instructors are pedagogues that offer education, instruction and service for the students, embark on other than teaching and management, have the special identity, professional knowledge and craftsmanship, different from the professional pedagogue and the administrators. In a sense the college instructors are expert that embark on research and education for the students development. So in the course of the college instructors'specialization construction, we must base on the student development theories, change our view on the students and the students affair; restrict the field of the instructors're- sponsibility; define the instructors'occupational identity, urge the return of university political instructors'occupational role.
