论发展性教育理念下的高校辅导员专业化建设

On the Specialization of Counselors in Colleges Under the Notion of Developing Education

发展性教育理念是当今世界教育的发展潮流。提高辅导员队伍的整体素质和专业化水平是辅导员自身发展的内在要求,也是推进辅导员职业化、专业化、专家化的现实选择。高校辅导员专业化要具有较高的政治素养、优良的个性心理品质、丰富的理论知识、较强的实践技能和完善的职业伦理等特点。要实现辅导员专业化就要改革辅导员的教育培养机制,建立与辅导员专业化发展相适应的培训模式,实行辅导员导师制,积极引导辅导员开展职业生涯规划,从而构建一体化的辅导员培养体系。

The notion of developing education is a trend in current world education. How to enhance the overall quality and spe- cialization of counselo is not only the requirement but also a must for counselors development. By specialization is meant that counselors should be equipped with higher political quality, fine personality, profound theoretical knowledge, perfect practical skills and professional morality. In order to establish an integrative training system of counselors in colleges, this article put for- ward the following suggestions： changing the traditional cultivating mechanism into the training modes which are suitable for the development of specialization; implementing tutor system to guide counselors＇career plan.
