苏北中小学音体美教师队伍的现状调查与分析

An Investigation and Analysis on the YinTiMei Teachers in Primary and Secondary School in Northern Jiangsu

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、座谈法等研究方法,对苏北五市的49所小学、41所初中(公办)和16所高中的音体美教师的职称、毕业学校、兼职、聘用及各学校的专职在编教师、专职缺编教师等情况进行了调查统计。调查结果表明,苏北中小学音体美教师学段分布差别显著;城乡中、小学音体美教师缺编情况比较严重;小学音体美兼职教师人数较多;专职音体美教师集中在城区学校;中小学音体美教师科研水平较低。有鉴于此,政府及教育主管部门要高度重视苏北中小学音体美学科教师的培养,合理配置中小学音体美教师的数量,确保音体美教师的专职化,并逐步促进音体美教师的专业化,通过各种有效的措施提高中小学音体美教师的科研水平。

By adopting the methods of literature, questionnair and interview, the author gave a thorough investigation on the sta- tus quo of YinTiMei teachers in primary and secondary schools in Northen Jiangsu. The results should that there great difference at different levels. Based on statistical findings, some suggestions have been putford in order to promote better implementation of New Curriculum and improve the teaching in this region.
