高职英语专业课程改革方案刍议

On English Major Curriculum Reform Plans in Vocational Colleges

高职教育的基本属性是职业性和技术性,其课程建设的出发点是以就业为导向。因此,高职院校在进行英语专业的课程改革时,应注意以下三点:第一,将纯语言专业改造为复合型应用性专业;第二,参照工作过程系统化课程开发理论和多元智能理论对三大核心课程模块进行系统优化;第三,在课程改革中渗透专门用途英语理论以实现双重教学效果。

Vocational college education is professional and technical, thus its curriculum reform is job - oriented. First, an Eng- lish major curriculum reform starts with a major reform from a sheer linguistic major into a compound practical one. Second, the three key curriculum modules should be systematically optimized in reference to the theory of working process and multiple intelli- gence. Third, ESP theory should also be assimilated during the reform to achieve a dual teaching effect.
