摘要 学习效能感是影响学业成就的核心因素,它不仅关系到个体的学业选择、学习的努力程度和坚持性,还与他们的生理健康、未来发展息息相关。长期以来,国内有关学习效能感的相关研究多以零散、单一性研究为主,缺乏关于影响因素的整合性研究。学习效能感的相关影响因素包括内部因素和外部因素两个方面。内部因素有个体学习成败经验、归因方式、学习策略、目标设置、生理反应和情绪状态;外部因素则有家庭因素和学校因素等。应积极探讨学习效能感与主要相关因素的关系,寻求提高学习效能感的途径和方法,为指导当前教育工作者提升教学质量提供依据。 Academic self-efficacy is an key factor that influences academic performance. It concerns not merely individual's direction of studying, degree of studying hard and persistence, but also closely correlated with individual's health and future develop- ment. For a long time, domestic researches on academic self-efficacy have centered on single or scattered factors, lacking integrated researches. After reviewing the relevant literature, the paper constructed a model concerning the relationship between academic self-efficacy and main relevant factors and proposed ways of developing academic self-efficacy.
