特色学校建设的探索与思考

Probing into the Building of a School with Its Own Characteristics

特色学校是在独特的办学思想指导下,从本校的实际出发,经过长期的办学实践,形成了独特、稳定的办学风格,取得了优秀的办学成果,并形成被社会所公认的学校。笔者等认为,特色学校的建设要以先进理念为先导。通过选好突破口、强化队伍建设、营造良好氛围、构建课程体系、抓好科研支撑等方面工作来促进特色学校的建设。

A characteristic school is a school which has, guided by its unique thought of running a school, formed special and stable educational styles, made considerable achievements and gained its popularity after some practice. How to build a school with its characteristics depends on the guidance of advanced philosophy, based on which the following aspects should be consid- ered ： choosing the right fields as the breakthrough points, strengthening ou：r staff construction, creating a fine atmosphere, setting up a suitable curriculum system and the cultivating of teachers awareness of conducting research work as well.
