On the Crisis Precontrol in College Student Work

高等学校学生工作危机预控是防止高等学校危机事件发生的基础工作,也是学生工作的重点内容之一。高等学校学生工作危机分为稳定危机、心理危机、安全危机和恐慌危机四种类型。引起高等学校学生工作危机的因素有大学生自身因素和外部因素。要避免学生工作危机出现,就必须进行全面的危机预控,包括危机源辨识、日常监测、预控中心信息处理、危机控制措施评审和制定、实施危机控制措施等环节。高校学生工作有关部门只有根据本校自身特点制定符合实际需要的危机预控体系,才能尽量避免校园危机事件,和谐校园的建设才能尽早实现。

The precontrol of student work crisis in colleges and universities is the basic work to prevent campus crises and is also one of the most important aspects of student work. Crises in colleges and universities can be divided into 4 categories ： stability crisis, mentality crisis, security crisis and panic crisis. The causes of these crises come from both the college students themselves and the external factors. In order to control and prevent these crises, we must take all-round precautions, which include recogniz- ing the source of crisis, daily check, information processing in precontrol center, draft and assessment of the crisis-controlling measures, implement of crisis-controlling measures and so on. Only when the related departments establish a crisis precontrol system that accords with its own features and corresponds to its actual needs can the crises be averted. Only then can the construction of harmonious campus be completed as early as expected.
