大学生就业思想政治教育现状及原因分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Ideological and Political Education for College Students' Employment

从注重实用性向注重思想政治教育的导向性转变是大学生就业指导工作发展的必然趋势。就业思想政治教育是就业指导工作与思想政治教育工作的有机结合,是两个领域开展工作新的着力点和新的视角。然而目前,就业指导与思想政治教育相脱离,就业指导注重实用性而忽视思想政治教育的职业价值取向引领,是高校就业思想政治教育的客观现状,就业思想政治教育主体不明确、体制机制不健全、目标不清晰等是其原因所在。

The change from pragmatics to the orientation of ideological and political education has become a trend in employment guidance for the undergraduates. Ideological and political education for college students＇employment is an effective combination of employment guidance with the ideological and political education, which may be viewed as a new standpoint and new perspective for the research on the two fields. However, there exist such problems as the separation between employment guidance and ideological and political education, neglecting the guidance of professional value orientation while focusing on pragmatics. It is assumed that the vague subject, the imperfect system, the unclear objectives are the main causes that may better explain the defects in current ideological and political education
