高校自主招生公平性探析——以教育公平为视角

Equity of College Independent Recruitment

高校自主招生作为高等教育改革的一项重要举措,对于构建多元的人才选拔机制、为高校输送具有创新能力的人才具有重要意义。但是,从起点到过程再到结果,自主招生都存在着教育不公平的现象。为了确保自主招生的公平,针对所出现的问题从完善招生制度、改革考试内容和方法、建立监督机制以及完善培养模式几个维度提出了改进措施。

As an important measure in higher education reform, college independent recruitment plays a key role in building a multi-mechanism of talent selection and in selecting talents with innovation ability for colleges. However, from the point of origin to the process and the result, there exists educational inequity in independent recruitment. In order to ensure the equity, we should perfect the recruitment system, reform the content and the method of the exam, build supervisory mechanism and improve training mode.
