摘要
就业能力是一个发展性的概念。西方早期对大学生就业能力的定义局限在人力资本的范畴,后来逐渐把社会资本和终身学习纳入就业能力的研究视野。国内对大学生就业能力的研究还只是停留在人力资本的范畴,大学生就业能力应该包含人力资本、社会资本和终身学习等因素。大学生就业能力是一个发展性的概念,具有动态性、复合性、差异性和适应性特征。就业能力的研究促使高校就业工作观念的转变以及人才培养质量观和培养模式的转变。
Employability is a developing concept. In the west, the early definition of college student employability is limited to the areas of human capital. Later, social capital and lifelong learning are brought into this research field. In domestic, the research still remains in the area of human capital. College student employability should include the factors of human capital, social capital and lifelong learning, and it is a developing concept and is dynamic, compound, different and suitable. The study of employability prompts the change of the concept of college employment work and of the outlook on the quality of personnel training and training model.
