福建新建本科院校实习基地建设若干思考——以三明学院为例

Thoughts of Practice Bases in Fujian Newly-built Colleges——case study of SanmingCollege

本文指出当前学校存在基地建设总量不足;各院(系)基地建设发展不均衡;校内基地建设发展不平衡;校内、外基地管理有待加强等四个问题。分析了其存在招生规模扩大快于基地建设;各院(系)基地建设发展不平衡;校内、外基地管理水平有待提高;基地建设经费投入不足等问题原因。建议从加强领导,统筹规划;加强基地的遴选与管理,完善基地建设有关制度;增加经费投入,为学生实习与基地建设提供保障;密切校企合作,加强与基地单位的联系与交流;加快产学研合作教育基地建设步伐;获取地方政府部门支持,开创实习基地建设新局面六个方面推进学校基地工作。

There exist such problems in practice bases in newly-built colleges as insufficient bases unbalanced development between departments and loose management. The causes of the problems are as follows： the expanding enrollment is faster than the base construction; the development of base construction is not harmonious between departments; the management level of is not high; the bases are lack of funds. The article finally puts forward some related measures to improve base development.
