高校管理改革中的利益团体分析及矛盾化解——以浙江某高校学区管理改革为例

Analysing Interest Group and Resolving Their Contradictions in University Management Reform——Taking a university school district management reform in Zhejiang as an example

我国高校在管理改革中涉及到高校各阶层利益关系的调整及高校各个团体的利益,各个团体在改革的过程中会分化为改革派、反对派和中间派,他们在改革进程中不断形成自己的利益团体,之间存在着利益的冲突、争夺和博弈。为更好促进高校改革的正常进行,我们主张建立改革"利益联合体",不断促进高校改革深入。

University management reform involves the interests of all groups and the adjustment of the relationship of their interests.The groups in the reform process are divided into the reformers, the opposition and centrist. In the reform process, these three groups will join in different interest groups, so there will be a conflict, competition and game of interest between them.We advocate to establish ＂ benefits of combined body＂ to constantly promote university reform.
