新型电能表电动施封器研究与应用

摘要 电能表施封是制约实验室自动化检定能力的主要因素之一,传统施封由检定员手动完成,无法满足电能表集中检定需求。新型电能表电动施封器,采用先进的电动工具和电能表专用施封扣,利用电动工具钻头旋转功能,代替手工紧固施封螺杆的旋转,实现电能表电动施封,新型电能表电动施封器应用证明了可行性和有效性。 Energy meter sealing is an important factor which restricting the improvement of the energy meter' s lab au- tomatic verification capability. Traditional sealing is operated by the verification staff, it can not meet the requirement of integrated verification. The new type of electric sealing device adopts advanced electric tool and specified sealing buckle, utilizing drilling bit rotating function instead of the manual tightened sealing screw' s rotating, thus realizes electric sealing of the energy meter, and it proves the new electric sealing device' s feasibility and effectiveness.
