摘要 按照国家电网公司"三集五大"体系建设的战略部署,以进一步完善"一型五化"大营销体系和开展青海电网智能用电战略为基点,分析当前营销工作存在的主要问题,从完善"大营销"体系、加快用电信息采集系统建设、提升营销精益化管理水平三个方面探讨"十二五"后三年如何建立24 h面向客户的统一供电服务平台,形成业务在线监控、服务实时响应的高效运作机制。 Based on improvement of large marketing system and the strategy for developing intelligent power utilization in the power grid in Qinghai province according to strategic deployment of the "Three-intensity and Five-integration" system construction of the State grid corporation of China, this paper analyzes problems from four aspects of power marketing, gives a detailed discussion, from aspects such as improving the "large marketing system", accelerating construction of power utilization information acquisition system and improving the marketing lean management, on building 24h customer oriented united power supply service platform and forming a efficient mechanism of online busi- ness monitoring and real time service response during back 3 years of the Twelfth Five-year Plan.
