摘要
以江苏省为研究对象,收集"十一五"期间各地区相关变量数据,以环境污染为投入变量,经济增长为产出变量,运用数据包络分析和Malmquist指数方法从静态和动态两个角度对区域环境效率进行测度.然后构建面板数据模型,探究环境效率的影响因素,结果表明,政府规制对环境效率改进有正向影响,产业结构和经济外向度的作用具有双面性.
This paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research object and collects the regional datum during the 1 lth five-year plan. With the environmental pollution as the input variable and economic growth as the output variable, the paper evaluates the regional environmental efficiency from static and dynamic aspects by means of DEA and Malmquist index. And then the paper explores the influence factors of the environmental efficiency by constructing panel data model. The result shows that the government regulation has a significant positive influ-ence and that industrial structure and opening degree of the economy have a double influence.
