摘要
随着文化创意产业成为社会经济发展的引擎,旧有的以高校唱独角戏的课程设置已经严重阻碍文化创意人才的培养,成为制约创意经济发展的瓶颈,无法满足培养创意人才的现实需要,因此,校企合作优化课程设置,培养文化创意人才具有极其重要的现实意义。校企合作培养文化创意人才须根据创意产业发展的需要,以及大学生身心发展水平,有计划、有目的地组织安排文化创意人才培养课程设置,从而实现文化创意人才适应文化创意产业发展的培养目的。
With the social and economic development of cultural and creative industry has become the engine, the old college monologue curriculum already serious obstacle of creative talents of cultural,become restrict the bottleneck of the development of creative economy ,cannot satisfy the cultivation of creative talents of practical needs ,therefore,school-enterprise cooperation ,optimize the curriculum,cultivate creative personnel is an extremely important realistic significance. Cultivation of creative talents according to culture creative industry development needs,and the college students" physical and mental development level,planned,organized and purposeful arrangement of cultural and creative personnel training curriculum ,so as to realize the cultural creative talents to suit the culture creative industry development the purpose of training.
