当前，中小企业在我国注册企业中占绝大多数，是我国国民经济发展的主力军，近年来我国也十分重视发展中小企业，出台了一系列支持中小企业发展的政策，金融机构也制定了若干支持中小企业发展的信贷政策。但是由于中小企业自身存在的弊病，政府政策以及金融机制等制约因素，当前中小企业在发展中遇到了诸多问题，尤其是中小企业在资金筹措方面面临着巨大的困难，筹资难成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。本文主要从中小企业发展的现状，发展中遇到的问题及形成此类问题的原因，以及解决方法的探讨上来论述．试图寻找解决中小企业发展中遇到的资金短缺问题的措施。

But due to the existence of small and medium-sized enterprise own flaws, government policy and financial restriction factors, the small.and medium-sized enterprise are facing many problems in development, especially in terms of funding, they are confronted with great difficulty. Financing difficulties have become the bottleneck of the development. This article mainly discusses from the present situation of the development of small businesses, problems in process of development, the cause of the problem, and the solution to solve them. Try to search for ways to work out the fund problems in the small and medium-sized entergrise development.
