64层螺旋CT对冠状动脉异常起源的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影诊断先天性冠状动脉起源异常的临床价值。材料与方法回顾性分析2011-06~2011-12行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像的1000例病人的CTA图像,对图像分别行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积重现(VR)法重建图像,并对结果进行分析、总结。结果:1000例完整冠状动脉CTA结果中,诊断冠状动脉先天性异常起源者共36例,发生率为3.6%。其中男16例,女20例,年龄36~74岁,平均52.2岁。其中左冠优势型2例,均衡型5例,右冠优势型29例。发现的冠状动脉起源异常种类有:右冠状动脉变异12例(33.3%);左冠状动脉变异19例(52.8%);冠状动脉其他分支起源异常5例(13.9%)。所有图像通过不同的重建方法可以清晰直观地显示异常血管的起始和行程。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像可清晰显示冠状动脉异常起源,可为心血管医师提供有价值的影像,为一种无创、安全、有效的检查方法。 Objective: To investigate the 64- slice CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of anomalies of the clinical value of coronary artery origin. Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis 64-slice CT coronary angiography in 1000 patients in June-December 2011 with CTA images, the images were the multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP)and volume reconstruction(VR) method,the results were analyzed ,summarized. Results:Of 1000 cases of coronary CTA results, diagnosis of congenital anomalies of coronary origin of a total of 36 cases, the rate was 3.6%. Including 16 males and 20 females, aged 36 to 74 years old, average 52.2 years old. One advantage of type 2 cases the left coronary, balanced in 5 cases, right coronary dominant type in 29 cases. Types of anomalous origin of coronary artery found there:the right coronary artery variant in 12 cases(33.3% );variation of left coronary artery in 19 cases(52.8% );other branches of anomalous origin of coronary artery in 5 cases ( 13.9% ). All images by different reconstruction methods can clearly visualize the beginning of abnormal blood vessels and stroke. Conclusion :64-slice CT coronary angiography can clearly show the anomalous origin of coronary arteries, can provide valuable images for cardiologists, as a non-invasive, safe and effective method.
